What is deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is an intensive cleaning and disinfection of all those critical areas which are missed out in a daily cleaning schedule. How often should I get my home deep cleaned?
The frequency of the cleaning depends on various factors, such as, proximity from a major road, children or pets, living habits etc. However, we recommend using our service at least once in 4 months. You can also subscribe to our regular cleaning packages and end up saving more than you spend.
Is a long-term contract required for service?
Absolutely not. Although we do recommend a recurring service package to lower your costs and keep your space at its cleanest, our services are provided as needed to suit your requirement.

What should I expect on my first cleaning appointment?
We will arrive at your home we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.

Are there any areas that you don’t clean in a basic deep cleaning package?
We shift light furniture and clean behind and under them. However, heavy furniture is difficult to move so we do not. Insides of cupboards closed storages, bookshelves, and chandeliers are not cleaned as part of this service. Terraces, gardens, façades, awnings, and canopies are also not included.

Are plans customizable/do you offer a more express service?
We can customize cleaning as per your requirement. In the event that you want to target part of your home, we can also provide that service. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, sofas, and curtains can be cleaned individually or even combined. Please check for rates by contacting us here.

Yes, we provide everything needed to clean your home.
What kind of material and equipment do we use?
Our equipment and materials range includes various cleaning agents, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, scrubbing machines, and other cleaning essentials.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on deep cleaning. It’s best to pick up or straighten up personal items like toys and clothes.
Do I need to be home on the day of cleaning?
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service – guaranteed!
How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. You let us in yourself, entrust a neighbor to let us in, or, give us a key
What will it cost to have my home cleaned?
The cost will depend on how large your home is and the amount of cleaning required. The average cost for maintenance house cleaning starts at Rs 4000. The average cost for initial cleanings starts at Rs 6000. The average cost for one-time thorough cleanings starts at Rs 7000. Please note that larger homes will be at a higher rate.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
For confirmation of service, we confirm the booking of your service on receipt of 50 percent. We accept payment by check or cash and UPI and direct transfer to the account.
Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We’ll move your visit to another, more convenient time.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.
